The answer

Yes I would agree. This tends to be what is sometimes called minimally invasive surgery better known as 'keyhole surgery' sometimes involving robotic arms which the surgeon uses whilst looking at a video screen to see what is going on inside you. As long as the surgeon has had training and experience with this way of operating it usually means that the scars are much smaller than with conventional surgery and recovery times are usually much quicker.
