How our Corporate Travel Insurance works

Making a claim is easy - just follow these four simple steps:

Step 1

Call the AXA PPP healthcare Travel Claims helpline on 0845 602 0303 and request a claim form (calls may be recorded in case of subsequent query). 

Step 2

To make sure we can process your claim as quickly as possible please make sure you complete the claim form in full and submit within 31 days of your return to the UK.
Ensure all the necessary information relevant to your claim is enclosed, including original accounts, bills or receipts and proof of travel.

Step 3

Send the completed claim form and documents to our Travel Claims team:

Your claim will be assessed by one of our Personal Advisers and all eligible payments will be made.

Step 4

We will send you a claims benefit statement confirming the amount of benefit paid for each claim.
