If your company already has an Occupational Health contract in place with AXA ICAS, you will need to make an Occupational Health referral though your allocated customer services team. Please call our Client Services team on 01323 724889 and advise them of the name of company you work for so they can direct your query to the best team that can assist you.
Lines are open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, calls may be recorded for training, quality assurance and as a record of our conversation.
You don’t need to have a contract in place with us already to refer an employee for Occupational Health services. We can offer Occupational Health services on an ‘ad hoc’ basis too. Simply call us on 01323 724889 and speak to one of our consultants in our Client Services team, who will discuss the nature of your referral and send you the documentation you need.
