Back to Health offers a cost-effective alternative to more traditional private medical insurance (PMI).

This is because Back to Health pays only for treatment of medical conditions where your employee is prevented from undertaking their normal work duties.

Medical conditions that do not affect their ability to carry out their duties are not covered by the plan - so you don't have to pay for them.

Also the plan does not cover employees' dependants - so you don't pay for them either. In addition it is you and your occupational health adviser who decide if the medical condition is preventing the employee from doing their job so you control access to the plan.
