1. Offer is only available to non members who purchase a trial between 1st and 29th August 2010.
2. The trial is for a period of two weeks, and consists of 14 days which must be taken consecutively
3. Exclusive price of two week trial for AXA PPP healthcare members is £19.95 across all David Lloyd Leisure clubs in the UK.
4. To benefit from the exclusive price, AXA PPP healthcare members must show their membership card or policy document when visiting the club for the first time to sign up for the trial.
5. Facilities, fees and classes vary per club. 
6. Offer is not transferable between clubs and is valid in participating UK clubs only.
7. Only one two week trial may be taken per person.
8. Certain activities incur additional fees.
9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
10. You use the club facilities at your own risk. We recommend that you get medical advice before you do any physical activity.
11. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult. No individual trials available to under 18’s.
12. Your membership card remains the property of David Lloyd Leisure.
