• Medical cover – In our experience over half of all travel claims are medically-related. In 2008 we paid £2.2m in medically-related travel claims to our members.
• You won’t need to provide any medical history to join - cover is available up to the age of 85.
• Most pre-existing conditions are covered – We don’t exclude cover for pre-existing medical conditions you have on joining. You simply need to be medically fit to travel (exclusions apply for psychiatric illness).
• On-piste skiing and winter sports are covered as standard
• Adventure sports upgrade available - This includes sports such as off-piste skiing and snowboarding.
• Travel Information Line - Call us for answers about a wide range of travel issues - everything from visas and vaccination requirements, to foreign currency regulations.
• International Emergency Medical Assistance - You have the reassurance of knowing that worldwide medical advice and help in an emergency is just a phone call away.
