How our Jersey and Guernsey Health Plans work

If you are an expat living in the Channel Islands requiring medical attention, the last thing that you want to be confronted with when making a claim is a set of complicated procedures to go through, in order to receive any treatment you may require. Thankfully, AXA PPP healthcare have an established healthcare network throughout the Channel Islands which will simplify this process and ensure that you receive the medical attention your require, with as little hassle as possible. Use this step-by-step guide to see how we make this possible for residents of Jersey and Guernsey.

Step 1

First, visit your GP in the Channel Islands. He or she will need to refer you to a specialist/medical practitioner before any necessary treatment can begin.

Step 2

Give us a call before you visit your specialist/medical practitioner or arrange any treatment. We'll quickly confirm you have enough cover and send you a partially completed claim form.*
