In keeping with our commitment to minimise our impact on the environment, we actively look for ways to reduce the amount of paper we use as a business, both internally and externally.

We believe extranets will be an important part of our ongoing customer relationship and they will also help to reduce our carbon footprint.

What does this mean for you?

Instead of your employees receiving printed literature such as handbooks and our Directory of Hospitals, they will now be able to obtain electronic versions on a password-protected website (extranet).

The site will also contain things like frequently asked questions, Health at Hand contact numbers, benefit tables and fact sheets.  Additionally, your employees will be able to search our continually updated databases of specialists and hospitals, aswell as other value added services such as member discounts.

Information will be more accessible to your employees because they can use any computer which has internet access, 24 hours a day, meaning whether they're at home, work or abroad, their membership information is only a click away.
