Claiming the benefits from CashBack - our cash plan, couldn't be easier. Just follow the simple five step process.

	Check before you go exactly what you can claim back under the terms and conditions of your plan. Check how much of your annual allowance has already been used.
	Pay your bill directly with the practitioner. Ensure that you get receipts for any bill you pay.
	Phone us. We'll send you a claim form.
	Complete the claim form and send it to us by post with the receipt. Keep a copy of anything you send to us for your own records.
	You should contact us if you haven't had your money or any documentation from us within 14 days.
