How our cash plan, CashBack, works

Claiming the benefits from CashBack - our cash plan, couldn't be easier. Just follow the simple five step process.

Five step process Things to remember
Step 1 Get treatment
  • Check before you go exactly what you can claim back under the terms and conditions of your plan.

  • Check how much of your annual allowance has already been used.
Step 2 Pay bill
  • Pay your bill directly with the practitioner.

  • Ensure that you get receipts for any bill you pay.
Step 3 Get a claim form
  • Phone us.

  • We'll send you a claim form.
Step 4 Send receipt to us
  • Complete the claim form and send it to us by post with the receipt.

  • Keep a copy of anything you send to us for your own records.
Step 5 We pay you
  • You should contact us if you haven't had your money or any documentation from us within 14 days.
